30-day Easy Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don't love it, send it back, it's that easy! We will gladly accept return orders within 30 days of receiving your product for a full refund under the following condition:

*Final sale items are excluded.
*To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in thr original plastic packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
* We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items (and their packaging) which are not in their original condition.
* Any bundles or packs must be returned in full and under the above condition for a full refund.

How to start a return?
Step 1: To start a return
you please email to yplyoga.us@gmail.com for an application with following informations.
1)Your Order Number.
2)Which items you would like to return.
3)Specific reason for your return with evidence (pictures or videos) to quality issues.

Step 2: Confirmation of return
Our Support Team will determine whether your order is eligible. If your application is accepted, we’ll send you a Confirmmation of Return, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Step 3: Get Return Ready the ship it back
Place new and unused items in the original package. Please do not combine multiple returns into one package and in contrast, do not separate a return for one order into multiple boxes. This can cause delays of up to 14 business days. 

Drop off your package at a nearby courier and prepay the package as instructed in the email in seven (7) calendar days, and then email the tracking number, express fee with evidence (pictures of waybill) to yplyoga.us@gmail.com

Step 4: Get your money back
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within fourteen (14) calendar days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than fourteen (14) calendar days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at yplyoga.us@gmail.com.

Generally, we will cover the return shipping cost for damages/ quality and wrong items. So the amount of refund should be full refund of your payment + return shipping cost. Returns for other reasons, we are sorry that you need to be responsible for the return shipping cost. So you will receive a full refund of your payment on original payment channel.

Damages / quality issues, Shipment Lost and Wrong items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Final Sale Items
All bodysuits, underwear, or items marked "Final Sale" are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased. Alo does not accept returns from third-party retailers.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
