Shipping Area
We ship for any order within most territories
P.O Box address and areas in the Military base are not supported, such as the places around APO (Army Post Office) /FPO (Fleet Post Office).
There may be additional regions or cities that our courier service is unable to deliver to, please consult customer service before ordering, or we will contact you as soon as possible when we are processing your order.
Order Processing Time
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details.
All orders are processed within seven (7) calendar days. Generally, the order will be processed in one (1) calendar days on workday, and three (3) to seven (7) calendar days on weekends or holidays.
We check and update the inventory in real time so as to ensure the quantity of available stock on the website, but if we are faced with stockout because of occasional high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances, we will arrange for replenishment meanwhile inform you about the situation and estimated processing time at once. Normally restocking takes seven (7) to fourteen (14) calendar days.
We will try our best to ship orders on the day or the next day. For the Shipping Confirmation email, there is a delay on the shipping system as others, so usually it takes two (2) calendar days to update and to be sent out to customers, which means it may take about three (3) calendar days for us to send the shipping information to you after the order placed. The shipping email for orders placed on weekend or holidays may be delayed two (2) to seven (7) calendar days.
Delivered Time
Under normal circumstances, usually, it takes five (5) to – ten (10) calendar days to arrive after the couriers receive the shipping information. Due to the COVID-19, it could be a delay in your package. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
